Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Unity Is Power is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.  

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Custom-made, personalized, clearance, or sale items are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.  

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
